John and Mike Collins, owners of Central Grille, are no strangers to the restaurant industry. After owning Collins Pub in Flagstaff, John made the move to Phoenix. With his brother Mike, who has been in the Valley managing many popular restaurant’s, their dream was realized July 1, 2009.

Here to stay, John and Mike are excited to be a part of the community and to bring to life a historic destination spot.

Reminiscent of the Rat Pack days, Central Grille boasts character from end to end. Offering many dining spots - The Gallery, The Remington Room, The Rat Pack lounge or the outdoor, private patio. Enjoy!
